$1,250 US Dollars for 7 Day Stay for 6 Adults.
$600 per suite 2 Adults/per week $35.00 additional nights.
Airport transfers available on request.

Summerwind can accommodate 1 to 12 people.  Rates can be customized to meet your vacation experience.  We encourage you to contact us so we can provide you a customized pricing package.

Terms and Conditions

• All prices and terms are subject to change.  Gratuity of 10% is recommended.
• Children under 12 years of age in the same room as parent are free.
• Children ages 13-17 are half price in the same room as parent.
• PLEASE STATE AGES OF THE CHILDREN IN YOUR GROUP AT YOUR REQUEST TIME.
• Long term rentals are available.
• Money orders, cashier checks, PAYPAL, credit card or direct bank deposit are accepted for payment.
• Passports are required for travel out of the United States.

Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total charge by bank check, money orders, cashier checks, PAYPAL, major credit cards, or direct bank deposit is required within 30 days of the time the reservation is made; balance to be paid in full within 30 days of arrival.  All rates are subject to applicable taxes.  Rates are subject to change.

Notice of Cancellation
A deposit, less of a $50.00 handling fee, will be refunded only upon notice of cancellation received at least fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival.

What additional costs should we plan for?
Food, transportation, tours & excursions, and incidentals cell phone/ internet wifi modem deposit required/calling/internet cards, Cable TV as a bundle would cost US$100.00 which will be returned when equipment is returned in working order.  Food costs can vary greatly depending on your tastes and needs.  Simple meals like a traditional Jamaican chicken and fish dishes can be quite affordable.  If you prefer multi-course meals or entrées requiring imported ingredients, then the food cost can rise significantly.  An estimated average would be about USD $200-$225 per person for a week for meals.  Costs for tours and excursions can be obtained by contacting local tour operators. www.visitjamaica.com
